ReclaimAI takes privacy extremely seriously. We collect information necessary to provide account access, manage debt collection campaigns, and enforce compliance policies.

This includes username hashes, contact details, tenant information, and encrypted account mappings. All Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is isolated and stored using industry-standard symmetric encryption algorithms.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Authenticate users and enforce role-based access controls.
• Coordinate SMS, email, and calling tasks inside tenant organizations.
• Provide audit logs and automated compliance alerts.

3. Security & Encryption

Your data is encrypted both in transit (using TLS) and at rest. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is isolated into a separate database table (`user_pii`) and encrypted using Fernet (AES-128 in CBC mode) keys managed inside our secure hosting infrastructure.
